CUSTODY
1. SHARED PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY.
Both parents work together and make decisions for the best interest of their child.

2. SOLE PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY.
One parent has the authority to make all of the decisions on everything or for a particular issue or two.

3. ROTATING CUSTODY.
An example would be one week with the mother and one week with the father.

4. THIRD PARTY CUSTODY.
Custody with someone else other than the mother and the father such as an uncle, aunt, or grandparent.

5. PRIMARY RESIDENTIAL PARENT.
The child lives most of the time with this parent.

6. JOINT PRIMARY RESIDENTIAL PARENT.
Both parents have the child about the same amount of time. For example, four days with one parent and three with the other parent.

7. NON-DESIGNATION OF PRIMARY RESIDENTIAL PARENT.
Neither parent is designated as the legal primary residential parent.

8. RELOCATION.
The permanently moving of the child out of Florida.
