MODIFICATION
1. CHANGE IN THE AMOUNT OF CHILD SUPPORT.
Child support can be changed based upon a substantial change of circumstances of the mother, father or child.

2. STOPPING ALIMONY.
Alimony usually stops upon the death or remarriage of the recipient or the death of the paying spouse.

3. INCREASING OR DECREASING ALIMONY.
The amount of alimony can be changed based upon a substantial change of circumstances of the husband or the wife.

4. SHORTENING OR EXTENDING THE PERIOD OF TIME FOR REHABILITATIVE ALIMONY.
The length of time of rehabilitative alimony can be changed based upon job search, job availability, education requirements, and the like.

5. CHANGING CUSTODY.
If there is a substantial change of circumstances and the child is in harm’s way custody can be changed.

6. ALTERING THE VISITATION SCHEDULE.If there is a substantial change of circumstances and it is in the best interest of the child a visitation schedule can be changed.
