If you would like an office appointment just call 305-936-1901 and one of my secretaries will be happy to accommodate you. I have limited time but I can accommodate you with an appointment during regular business hours, after hours, or even on the weekend.

Because I am a solo practitioner with no paralegals, assistants, or other lawyers handling your case I am out of the office quite a bit. I do charge $200 for an office appointment which usually lasts one hour. It is important for you to be exactly on time because typically I have scheduled another matter to begin exactly at the conclusion of your appointment.

The fee must be received at or prior to your conference. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards, as well as your personal check.

If you want my opinion with reference to any pleadings, final judgments, court order, pending motion, settlement agreements, or documents it would be very helpful if I receive those documents prior to your appointment.
