RELOCATION
1. FACTORS TO BE CONSIDERED.
There are at least six factors that the court will consider.

2. WHO CAN PETITION TO RELOCATE.
The custodial parent can petition to permanently relocate with the minor child.

3. RESTRAINING ORDERS.
Prohibits the relocation from a particular county or from Florida.

4. SUBSTITUTE VISITATION.
A program for a substantial amount of visitation to make up for the loss of regular monthly or weekly visitation.

5. REASONS FOR MOVING.
Must be legitimate, for the best interest of the child, and not spiteful.

6. EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH SUBSTITUTE VISITATION.
Travel and housing are examples.
